There is a lot happening at Bethesda when the patients get together. Because of their chronic wound most of them have become shy in social situation. However, at Bethesda the patients share their common experiences and there is no more isolation, friendship and camaraderie develop. After a few days together, you hear a lot of teasings and laughters among the patients. They share life and encourage one another toward their recovery.
There is more than physical healing taking place during they stay at Bethesda. Many patients are coming back after their healing, just to visit, because they miss their friends and the atmosphere. It is really a refuge for them.

It was such a pleasure to visit the clinic a few years ago and to do a medical outreach in the north. I thinks I was the one that came away truly blessed by the people from Togo that I worked with and was encouraged to see the healings of wounds that God was allowing . Be encouraged my friends and let God not only heal your wounds but your inmost being as well through Jesus Christ and what he has done for us.
